Outside of work Wendy and her 19 year old daughter Megan live with two cats, two turtles and a Blue Heeler. Besides enjoying quiet time reading, watching television programs, and spending time with her family, Wendy is an avid music lover and enjoys hanging with friends at live music venues all around Little Rock and traveling to see national acts across the U.S.

James joined ABC Financial in March 2012 as a Technical Support Representative.  His adaptability, engaging personality, and relentless energy quickly earned him a position as an Internal Training Specialist.  In July of 2013, he accepted a position as Technical Support Supervisor where he strived to help his staff recognize their opportunities and capitalize on their strengths.  His motto is, “superstars are not born; they are developed”. James is now the newest member of the Learning, Training, & Development team!

James and his wife Krista celebrated their 10 year anniversary this March and are currently in the process of adopting their first child! When not working, James is an avid bass player and he and Krista are very active in prison ministry at the maximum security unit at Tucker, AR. James is an asset to the ABC team and brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to all that come into contact with him.

Brian joined the ABC Family in April 2010 as a software tester. For the next 2 years he held several positions within our QA team, starting as a level 1 tester, and moving to Software Tester 2-Support lead. After two years, Brian was offered the chance to be trained by a senior developer within ABC for 3 months, with the opportunity to become a software developer; an opportunity that was too good to pass up. Brian took on this challenge and has been successfully writing software for ABC for almost 2 years now.

Within his role as a software developer Brian handles ABC Financial’s production support needs, develops for many internal support applications, and is currently part of the API Enterprise Platform team.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys working out, learning new technologies, taking part in several central Arkansas city league sport activities with friends and spending time with his wife Lauren and 2 year old son Evan.

Dawn Sawyer joined gym software provider ABC Financial in November 2010 as a Member Service Representative. She quickly moved to the Client Services division and within a few months accepted an Administrative position with our Merchant Services department. She has excelled in this department and was recently promoted to Merchant Service Supervisor.

Dawn has two teenagers Caleb (17) and Hayliana (16) and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her kids and watching her son play football. In addition to working at ABC, Dawn is also a hairdresser and has been for the last 15 years. She says being a hairdresser is not work to her, its therapy. She also prides herself in amateur photography and loves to attempt assorted crafts that she finds on Pinterest.

Eli began her career in the fitness industry when she joined ABC’s family back in 2002. Eli has held several positions with ABC, starting out in Client Services. She then transitioned over to a Conversion Processor for the Data Conversion Team for over 6 years. Eli is now an Executive Project Manager in the Onboarding Department where her role is solely responsible for managing the entire onboarding project for new customers converting over to ABC from other software/billing companies.

Outside of work, Eli is always on the go with her 14 year old son, Davien who is very active with school sports from football, basketball and baseball. When not busy with family, Eli likes to relax at home or mingle with friends.

Gary began his career in the fitness industry over four years ago when he started at ABC Financial as the Supervisor of Data Entry. Before coming to ABC, he worked at Nuvell Credit Corporation for over nine years. Gary brought 12 years of management experience with him as he transitioned to ABC. Since February 2011, Gary has managed the Data Entry department. Gary enjoys the challenge of handling each club’s needs individually and goes out of his way to make sure entry is done exactly as needed for each club owner. His department boasts a 99% accuracy rate on all of the contracts that are keyed by his team.

Gary has been married to the love of his life, Paula Carolyn Childers since July 7, 2007. They have two wonderful kids; Emily who just turned 11 and Noah who is 5. In his spare time, Gary has been pursuing his passion of being called into the ministry. He is wrapping up his third and final year at Arkansas School of Ministry and is a licensed Pastor with the hopes of being ordained next year. Besides being active in the church and community, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and going to Arkansas Razorbacks football games.

Cheryl Rogers joined ABC Financial in the Sales Department in December, 2011. Cheryl has a background of 20+years’ experience selling software solutions. Her focus at ABC Financial has been new business development; bringing new accounts onboard.

Outside of work, she is a workout fanatic and just completed a regional Crossfit Masters competition! She has a husband and two teenage boys ages 12 and 14. Both of her boys are in Select Soccer for FC Dallas and Liverpool; so most weekends are spent on the soccer field with the kids!
